It must consist of red and new copper offcuts (tubes and sheets), non-electrolytic and therefore, phosphorus deoxidised (DHP/DLP), not alloyed, from processing offcuts free of any metallic impurities. The above-mentioned new processing scraps must be exclusively copper (DHP/DLP) and must not be mixed with any electrolytic processing scraps (ETP/OFHC). |

AUTHORIZATIONS AND CREDITS
Garmet has the necessary authorisations (Category 8) issued by the National Register of Environmental Managers for the intermediation and trade of non-hazardous waste, as well as the REACH registration certificates for the elements: aluminium, iron, magnesium, copper and silicon, which allow the import and distribution within the European Union of semi-finished products whose origin is outside European territory. In addition, it provides the LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) which is essential for identifying the corporate structure of counterparties operating in global financial markets.
